However, for their safety and ours, please let us know if pets will be home during the cleaning.

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. You have several payment options.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
At iShine we understand how unpredictable life can be. That’s why we work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your home at a time that’s most convenient for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call about 72 hours before your next scheduled service. We will do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.

If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We'll work quickly to make it right.
Safety
For the safety of our staff and customers, we do not clean biohazards, mold remediation projects, pest infestations, or hazardous materials.
