Service Policies
Payment
Payment is due on the day of your scheduled service. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that plans change. There is no fee when you give us more than 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled service are subject to a $50 fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Safety
For the safety of our staff and customers, we do not clean biohazards, mold remediation projects, pest infestations, or hazardous materials.
